3. Service Usage and Access Requirements

3.1 Client Responsibilities

The Client must:

Provide timely access to necessary platforms (websites, analytics, etc.)
Supply accurate information and credentials when required
Maintain security of their access credentials
Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
Keep payment information current and valid

3.2 Access Requirements

To provide optimal service, we require:

Administrative access to relevant websites and platforms
Access to Google Search Console and Analytics accounts
Permission to make necessary technical modifications
Authority to publish and modify content as needed

4. Performance and Results

4.1 No Guaranteed Results

While we employ industry-leading AI technology and best practices:

We do not guarantee specific rankings or results

Search engine algorithms and markets constantly change
Past performance does not guarantee future results

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Content Ownership

All AI-generated content created through our service becomes the Client's property upon full payment
Source code and AI technologies remain our intellectual property
Clients retain ownership of their original content and materials

5.2 Platform Usage Rights

Access to our platform is granted through a limited, non-exclusive license
Clients may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI systems
Usage rights terminate upon service cancellation

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Payment Terms

Services are billed according to the selected package
Payments must be made in advance of service delivery
No refunds for partial months of service
Late payments may result in service suspension
A $25 monthly processing fee applies to all accounts not enrolled in autopay
All fees are in United States Dollars (USD)

6.2 Subscription Changes

Package upgrades take effect immediately
Downgrades become effective in the next billing cycle
Written notice required for subscription changes

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by Client

30-day written notice required for service cancellation
All outstanding payments must be settled
Access to platforms will be removed upon termination

Payment obligations are not met

8. Limitation of Liability
